     Every women need to be open and honest, to have self confidence to show what they can, that they are strong in every situation. Every women must possess a strong personality, can lead by examples. The most important means of empowering women is to have Education, having education give women the knowledge, skills and self confidence necessary to participate fully in the development of our nations.Their capabilities must not be underestimated based on their gender, and they should be given equal opportunity to display their talents.
